Event Management System - A custom application that provides a tool for clients to manage events and take reservations along with payment options for attendees. Rather then taking standard reservations, this application is able to track sponsorships, volunteers and donations for selected events. The administrative section provides complete management of all the above, along with the option of emailing attendees, sponsors and volunteers as well as a CSV print out of each. Patient Intake Management System – This is a custom application that is developed to gather information about patients coming into the facility. This includes standard patient information, proprietary information, assessments and travel arrangements. The application also provides the ability to search patients based on name, date, status, and identification numbers. Tracking of patients' information and how the patients are referred is captured in the reports section of the application. The Patient Intake Management System is completely custom made and can be modified for any medical facility.

Ticket Management System – This is a custom application developed for the use of tracking scheduled appointments and work orders. This application has the ability to not only track work orders but also track a list of clients the company works with. Additional information about the clients can be custom made as well as the work orders and the information that it provides. Trucking Tracking System – MicroWeb Design can develop a custom web application that provides many tools of tracking for the trucking industry. We can create a work order inventory that captures things like Company, Driver, Billing address, Fuel and bill weight. It can calculate such things as Load Gross, Truck and fuel percentages and the ability to add advances. This application can also track drivers' certificate and license dates and flag them when they expire. We can incorporate a search function as well as reports outlining truck gross percentages and IFTA information by date, state and driver.

The list of emails can be pulled from an inventory list of emails or you can cut and paste from a text document.
